WRD Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit or use the WRD Application or its associated website, regardless of the device, means, or location from which you use our Platforms. It also explains your privacy rights and the measures we take to protect your data
This Privacy Policy forms a supplementary part of the Terms and Conditions for the Use of the WRD Application. However, each document governs a different subject matter: the Terms and Conditions govern the contractual and commercial relationship between the Company and the User, while this Policy governs the collection, use, retention, sharing, and protection of personal data.
By using the WRD Platforms, creating an account, placing an Order, or providing us with your data, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Privacy Policy and understood its contents. Your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions does not constitute automatic consent to receive marketing communications or to the use of optional cookies, as your consent is obtained separately whenever the processing is optional.
This Policy is subject to the laws, regulations, and instructions in force in the Republic of Iraq and shall be interpreted in a manner that preserves individuals’ right to privacy and the confidentiality of their data.
Purpose of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy aims to provide you with clear information on how WRD Company collects and processes your personal data through your use of the WRD Application, the website, or the Services associated with them, including the data you provide when creating an account, placing an Order, purchasing and sending a Gift, or contacting customer service.
This Policy should be read together with any specific privacy notice that may be presented to you when using a particular feature, such as location services, enabling occasion reminders, subscribing to marketing, or using a particular financial service or payment method. Such notices supplement this Policy and do not supersede it except to the extent of the specific subject matter they govern.
The WRD Platforms are not intended for children to create accounts or independently conduct transactions, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data for marketing purposes. A Gift Recipient may be a minor, in which case we use only the limited data necessary to complete delivery to the minor’s guardian or the adult responsible for the minor.
The Entity Responsible for Your Data
WRD Company is the entity responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing the personal data it collects through the WRD Application, the website, and its customer service channels.
Certain other entities, such as banks and Payment Service Providers, may process certain data in their capacity as independent entities, particularly data entered directly into their payment systems. In such cases, the processing of that data shall also be subject to the privacy policies of those entities and in accordance with the applicable Iraqi law in this regard.

Data We Collect About You
We may collect, use, store, and transfer different types of personal data, depending on the nature of your use of the WRD Application and the Services you request.
Identity Data: includes your first name, full name, username or account identifier, and profile picture if you choose to add one. We do not ordinarily request your marital status, occupation, gender, or date of birth unless a specific feature requires such data and the reason for collecting it has been explained.
Contact Data: includes your telephone number, email address, if entered, billing address, Order delivery address, city, area, nearest landmark, and any instructions necessary to reach the delivery location.
Account and Profile Data: includes login details, verification code, preferred language, saved addresses, Order history, preferences, ratings, and occasions that the User chooses to add.
Gift Sender Data: includes the sender’s name, telephone number, email address, if any, details of previous Orders, gift messages, packaging and delivery instructions, and the sender’s choice to display or conceal the sender’s name from the Gift Recipient.
Gift Recipient Data: includes the name, telephone number, delivery address or location, city, area, nearest landmark, access instructions, the appropriate time for contact or delivery, and the name of the person authorized to receive the delivery, if entered.
Transaction and Order Data: includes the Order number and date, selected Products or Gifts, quantities, prices, discounts, fees, gift message, Order status, details of the Merchant or Supplier and the Delivery Service Provider, proof of delivery, and any complaint or refund request associated with the transaction.
Payment Data: includes the payment method, transaction amount, currency, date, transaction reference number, payment status, and the name of the bank or Payment Service Provider. We may receive limited payment card digits, such as the last four digits, where made available by the Payment Service Provider.
We do not intentionally retain the full payment card number, personal identification number (PIN), or security code where such data is processed directly through a bank or an independent Payment Service Provider. You must not enter your card details in a gift message, notes, or customer service conversations.
Technical Data: includes the Internet Protocol address, device type, operating system, Application version, browser type, language, time zone, device or Application identifier, server logs, crash reports, login attempts, and unusual activities.
Usage Data: includes information relating to how you use the WRD Application, such as the pages and Products you view, searches, Products you add to the cart, the date and time of use, session duration, navigation method, and interaction with notifications and offers.
Marketing and Communications Data: includes your choice to receive or decline marketing communications, the channels you prefer to use, and your interaction with offers, campaigns, and messages sent to you.
Customer Service Data: includes messages, inquiries, complaints, notes, photographs or documents submitted in support of a complaint, call recordings or summaries, where calls are recorded, and the actions taken to process your request.
Where calls are recorded for quality, training, or complaint evidence purposes, you will be notified of the recording before it begins or at the beginning of the call.
Data We Do Not Ordinarily Collect
We do not intentionally collect special or sensitive categories of personal data, such as data relating to racial origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions or affiliations, trade union membership, sexual life or orientation, genetic or biometric data, or criminal records.
We also do not intentionally collect health data unless it is provided by the User and is directly necessary to fulfill a specific Order, such as a notification of a food allergy relating to an ordered Product.
You must not enter any sensitive information in a gift message or Order instructions unless it is necessary to provide the Service. WRD Company may delete or conceal sensitive or excessive information submitted without a legitimate need.
Accuracy of Your Data
The personal data you provide must be correct, accurate, and up to date to the best of your knowledge. Please update your telephone number, email address, address, or any other data if it changes during your use of the WRD Platforms.
You may update certain data through your account settings, where that feature is available, or by contacting customer service.
We may ask you to confirm or correct certain information if it appears to be incomplete, inconsistent, or outdated, in order to ensure account security and the accurate provision of the Services.
How Do We Collect Your Personal Data?
We use different methods to collect data from and about you.
Direct Interactions
You may provide us with your Identity Data, Contact Data, Account Data, and Order Data by completing forms, creating an account, placing an Order, or contacting us by telephone, email, customer service, or any other official channel.
This includes data you provide when you create an account, add an address, purchase a Product or Gift, enter Gift Recipient Data, add a gift message, use the occasions feature, subscribe to marketing offers, participate in a competition or survey, or submit a complaint or rating.
Automated Technologies
When you interact with the WRD Platforms, we may automatically collect Technical Data and Usage Data relating to your device, operating system, browser, browsing patterns, and interaction with the Services.
Some of this data is collected through cookies, server logs, device identifiers, performance measurement tools, crash reports, and similar technologies.
Data Received from Other Parties
We may obtain service-related data from other parties, such as the Payment Service Provider regarding the status of the transaction, the Merchant or Supplier regarding the status of Product preparation, the Delivery Service Provider regarding the delivery status, the messaging service provider regarding the successful delivery of the verification code, and security service providers regarding potential activities or attempted fraud.
We may also obtain data from an external platform if you choose to link your account to it or use a login or sharing feature provided by that platform.
Personal Contact Information
WRD Company may collect from Users of its Platforms their name, telephone number, email address, street address, area, city, and the delivery location specified through the map. These details are collectively referred to in this Policy as Personal Contact Information.
The Company may also collect information regarding previous Orders, customer service inquiries, Gift Recipients, ratings, occasions, and preferences that the User chooses to add to the User’s account.
We use Contact Information to create and verify the account, fulfill Orders, communicate with the User and the Gift Recipient, provide support, process complaints, and protect the account.
WRD Company does not sell Personal Contact Information or share it with other entities for their independent marketing purposes without express consent.
Gift Recipient Data
The WRD Application allows the Gift Sender to enter certain data relating to another person in order to deliver the Gift to that person. The WRD Application may receive the Gift Recipient’s data even if the Gift Recipient does not have a registered account in the Application.
The Gift Sender must have a legitimate relationship or purpose for providing the Gift Recipient’s data, the data must be accurate to the best of the Gift Sender’s knowledge, and the Gift Sender must not use the Application or the Gift Recipient’s data for harassment, threats, fraud, or violation of privacy.
We use Gift Recipient Data only to the extent necessary for delivery-related communications, address verification, determining the appropriate location and time, proving delivery, and processing any complaint associated with the Order or the use of the data.
We do not use Gift Recipient Data to send offers or marketing communications merely because another person has sent a Gift to the Gift Recipient. We do not automatically add the Gift Recipient to marketing lists or create a full account for the Gift Recipient without a clear action taken by the Gift Recipient to create the account.
The Gift Recipient may contact us to inquire about their data or request its correction or the deletion of data that is no longer necessary, subject to the records that must be retained to prove the transaction or fulfill a legal obligation.
Concealing the Identity of the Gift Sender
If the WRD Application provides a feature that allows the sender’s name to be concealed, this feature prevents the sender’s name from being displayed to the Gift Recipient as part of the Gift or Order, but it does not prevent WRD Company from collecting or retaining the sender’s data.
We retain the sender’s data to verify the Order and payment, prevent fraud and misuse of the Service, process complaints, protect the Gift Recipient, and comply with the laws and orders issued by the competent authorities.
We do not disclose the sender’s identity directly to the Gift Recipient merely upon request, unless the sender consents, the disclosure is required or permitted by law, or it is necessary to investigate a serious complaint relating to threats, harassment, fraud, or misuse of the Service.
Non-Personal Information and Anonymized Data
We may aggregate certain data or remove elements that allow individuals to be identified, so that the data cannot reasonably be linked to a particular User or Gift Recipient.
Aggregated or anonymized data may be used to analyze Application performance and Order trends, improve the Services and Products, prepare reports and statistics, and support business planning.
General statistics may be shared with partners or Suppliers provided that they do not contain information that allows individuals to be identified.
If we combine non-personal data with personal data in a manner that allows a particular person to be identified, we will treat the combined data as personal data in accordance with this Policy.
Internet Protocol Addresses
An Internet Protocol address is a number automatically assigned to your device when it connects to the internet. The Internet Protocol address may be automatically recorded in server logs when you use the WRD Application or the website, together with the date and time of use and the pages or Services accessed.
We use Internet Protocol addresses to measure use of the Platforms, diagnose technical problems, administer servers, protect accounts, and detect unusual activities or attempted fraud.
We treat Internet Protocol addresses and device identifiers as personal data where they can be linked to a particular account or person.
How Do We Use Your Information?
We use your personal data only for lawful purposes connected with providing, operating, and protecting WRD Services.
We use your data to create your account, verify your telephone number or email address, enable login, protect the account, receive and track Orders, organize the preparation and packaging of Gifts and Products, communicate with the Gift Sender and Gift Recipient, and determine the delivery address and location.
We also use the data to process and verify payments, carry out refunds, issue receipts and electronic records, respond to inquiries and complaints, and verify the status of Products and Orders.
The data may be used to protect the Application, systems, and Users, detect fraud, fictitious Orders, and misuse, diagnose malfunctions, improve Application performance and the User experience, and retain language, settings, and preferences.
We may use your usage and Order history to suggest Gifts or Products that may be suitable for you and to send reminders for occasions that you have added yourself.
The data may be used to send offers and marketing materials after obtaining your consent, measure campaign performance, and prepare aggregated statistics and reports.
We also use the data to comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations, respond to orders issued by the competent judicial and official authorities, and protect the rights and safety of WRD Company, Users, Gift Recipients, and third parties.
The Basis on Which We Rely for Using Data
We process the data necessary to create an account, place an Order, and provide the Service on the basis that the processing is necessary to take the steps requested by the User or to perform the existing relationship with the User.
We process Gift Recipient Data to the extent necessary to fulfill the Gift Sender’s Order, deliver the Product, and carry out the related communications.
We may process certain data to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation or an order issued by a competent authority.
We may also process limited data to protect legitimate operational interests, such as Application security, fraud prevention, and Service improvement, provided that this does not result in an unjustified infringement of individuals’ rights and privacy.
We rely on your consent when optional features are activated, such as marketing, personalized advertising, non-essential cookies, or the sharing of occasions.
You may withdraw your consent to optional processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.
Disclosure of Your Information
WRD Company does not sell or lease your personal data.
We may share personal data, to the extent necessary, with the following entities:
Merchants and Suppliers: to organize the preparation of the Product or Gift, print the gift message, and carry out packaging and delivery instructions. The Merchant or Supplier may not use the data for independent marketing or create its own database of WRD Users.
Delivery Companies and Delivery Representatives: to provide them with the Gift Recipient’s name, telephone number, address, location, access instructions, delivery time, Order number, and the data necessary to prove delivery.
Banks and Payment Service Providers: to process and verify the payment transaction, process refunds, and prevent financial fraud.
Technical Service Providers: such as hosting, cloud storage, text messaging, email, notifications, technical support, customer service, analytics, crash reporting, and cybersecurity service providers.
Official Authorities: where disclosure is required by law, a judicial order, or an official request issued by a competent authority, or where it is necessary to investigate a crime, fraud, or threat, or to protect a person’s life or safety.
The Entity to Which WRD’s Business Is Transferred: in the event of a merger, corporate reorganization, sale of the Application or part of its assets, or transfer of ownership of the business, provided that the new entity is subject to appropriate data protection obligations and Users are notified if the transaction results in a material change to the processing of data.
We require entities that process data on our behalf to respect its confidentiality and security and not to use it except for the specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions and their legal and contractual obligations.
Your Email Address and Telephone Number
When you create an account, we ask you to provide a valid telephone number, and we may request or allow you to add an email address.
We use the telephone number or email address to verify the account, send login codes, confirm Orders, communicate with you where there is an issue with an Order, and send security or operational notifications.
If you do not provide a valid means of contact, you may be unable to create an account, place an Order, or use certain features.
You may update your telephone number or email address through the account settings, where that feature is available, or by contacting customer service. We may request additional verification procedures before changing the means of contact associated with the account.
We do not send marketing communications unless an appropriate choice or consent has been provided, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
Information Relating to Order Processing
The information required to process an Order includes the User’s name, telephone number, contact details, Gift Recipient Data, delivery address, Product details, gift message, preparation and delivery instructions, and payment method.
The minimum necessary amount of this information is shared with WRD employees, the Merchant or Supplier, the Delivery Service Provider, and the Payment Service Provider, each according to their role in providing the Service.
Employees, contractors, and service providers are required to maintain the confidentiality of the data and not process it outside the purpose related to the Order, unless such other use is required by law or appropriate consent has been obtained.
Order Data is used to inform the User of the Order status, coordinate preparation and delivery, prove the transaction, and process inquiries, complaints, and refunds.
Gift Cards and Financial Balances
If the WRD Application makes available in the future a cash gift card, electronic wallet, or balance that may be topped up, withdrawn, or transferred, the Service may require the collection of additional data to verify identity and comply with the instructions of the Central Bank of Iraq and the requirements of the financial service provider.
Upon activation of any financial service of this kind, specific terms and a privacy notice shall be published explaining the data required, the purpose of its collection, the entities with which it is shared, and the applicable retention periods.
WRD Company does not collect a passport or national identity card for the fulfillment of an ordinary Gift Order, unless such data is legally required for a financial service or restricted Product, in which case the User shall be informed of the purpose before collection.
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Artificial intelligence refers to software and systems capable of analyzing data, identifying patterns, making suggestions, or supporting certain processes automatically. Machine learning is a branch of artificial intelligence that helps systems improve their results through data analysis.
WRD Company may use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies in the following areas:
Customer Service: Chatbots may be used to respond to initial inquiries and provide assistance, while allowing communication with an employee where necessary.
Gift Suggestions: Viewing data, Orders, preferences, and occasions added by the User may be used to suggest Products or Gifts that may be suitable.
Fraud Detection: Automated systems may be used to detect unusual transactions or activities and protect accounts and transactions.
Performance and Business Analysis: Aggregated data may be used to analyze Order trends and improve inventory, Services, and the User experience.
WRD Company does not use gift messages to train general artificial intelligence models and does not use sensitive data to personalize marketing.
The Company does not rely on a purely automated decision that produces a legal or material effect on the User without providing an appropriate means of human review. A transaction may be temporarily suspended where indicators of fraud are detected automatically, while allowing the User to contact the Company to request a review.
We seek to use artificial intelligence in a manner that takes into account privacy, security, transparency, fairness, and the reduction of errors and bias.
Detection and Sharing of Special Occasions
The User may add special occasions to the User’s account, such as birthdays, anniversaries, or other dates the User wishes to remember.
WRD Company uses this information to send reminders to the User and suggest suitable Gifts. The User may delete the occasion or disable reminders at any time.
WRD Company does not analyze gift messages to detect personal occasions for marketing purposes and does not share the User’s occasion with persons to whom the User has sent Gifts or from whom the User has received Gifts, unless the User expressly activates a separate occasion-sharing feature.
If an occasion-sharing feature is made available in the future, its nature and the persons with whom the data will be shared shall be explained before activation, and sharing may be disabled at any time.
WRD Company does not use Gift Recipient Data to create a social network or link relationships between Users without informing them and obtaining the appropriate consents.
Transfer of Personal Data
We may process or store certain data using hosting, cloud, or communications service providers whose systems or servers are located inside or outside the Republic of Iraq.
Certain payment, messaging, analytics, or technical support services may require data to be processed in another country.
When data is transferred or made available outside Iraq, we work to limit the transfer to the data necessary, use appropriate technical safeguards, require the receiving entity to maintain confidentiality and not use the data except for the specified purposes, and observe the requirements issued by the competent Iraqi authorities.
If the storage of a particular type of data within the Republic of Iraq becomes mandatory under the law or licensing conditions, WRD Company shall comply with that requirement.
Protection of Your Personal Information
We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures to help protect the confidentiality and integrity of data and prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
These measures may include encrypting communications between the Application and the servers, protecting passwords and login credentials, restricting access permissions, using verification codes, recording access to administrative systems, monitoring unusual activities, maintaining backups, updating software, addressing vulnerabilities, training employees, and requiring contractors to maintain confidentiality.
Despite taking these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent secure.
You must not send sensitive information, card numbers, or verification codes through email, gift messages, or any channel not intended to receive such data.
If you have reason to believe that your account or communications with us are no longer secure, you must notify us immediately through the official support channels.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and verification code and for not allowing any third party to use your account. WRD employees will not ask you to disclose your password or full verification code.
Security Incidents
If WRD Company discovers a security incident that may affect personal data, it will assess the nature and scope of the incident and the data and persons potentially affected, and will take the necessary measures to contain it, address its causes, and mitigate its effects.
The Company will notify the competent authorities where notification is required by law or regulation, and may notify affected persons if the incident is likely to result in a serious risk to their rights or safety.
To the extent possible, the notification will include the nature of the incident, the categories of data affected, the measures taken by the Company, and the steps the person is advised to take.
Retention Period of Your Information
We retain your personal data only for the period reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, including providing the Services, completing transactions, complying with legal, regulatory, accounting, and tax requirements, processing complaints, and exercising or defending legal rights.
When determining the retention period, we take into account the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the potential risks arising from its unauthorized use or disclosure, the purpose for which we process it, and whether that purpose can be achieved by other means.
We may retain certain data for a longer period if a complaint has been submitted, a dispute has arisen, there is a reasonable prospect of legal proceedings, or retention is required by a competent authority.
Once the data is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it, noting that limited copies may remain for an additional period within backup systems and are not used for day-to-day operational purposes.
Data that has been anonymized in a manner that prevents individuals from being identified may be used for research, statistical, and analytical purposes without being subject to the same retention period.
Cookies
The WRD Platforms use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, protect accounts, improve the User experience, and measure performance, and may also use them for marketing purposes after obtaining the User’s consent.
The cookies we may use include:
Necessary Cookies: required for login, management of the User session, saving the shopping cart, operation of essential features, and account protection. Certain Services may not function properly if these cookies are disabled.
Preference Cookies: help remember the language, region, display settings, and previous selections.
Performance and Analytics Cookies: help measure the speed and performance of the Platforms, understand how pages and features are used, and detect malfunctions.
Marketing and Advertising Cookies: used to measure campaigns, display advertisements more relevant to the User’s interests, and limit their repetition. These cookies are activated only after obtaining the required consent.
Security Cookies: help detect unusual login attempts, protect accounts, and prevent harmful automated use and fraud.
You may accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or manage each category independently. You may also change your selection later through the privacy settings, browser settings, or device settings.
Rejecting optional analytics or marketing cookies will not prevent you from using the essential features of the WRD Application.
Advertising
Advertisements relating to WRD Products and Services may appear on websites or applications operated by other entities.
Certain advertisements may be based on your previous interaction with the WRD Platforms if you have consented to the use of marketing cookies and personalized advertising.
If you reject personalized advertising, you may continue to see general advertisements, but they will not necessarily be based on your previous activity within the WRD Platforms.
WRD Company does not have full control over the independent websites and applications on which advertisements appear, and the information collected by those entities is collected through their own technologies and is subject to their own policies.
WRD Company does not share your name or telephone number with an advertising platform for targeting purposes except on the basis of a lawful ground, appropriate consent, and suitable protective measures.
Marketing
WRD Company may send you information about its Products, Services, discounts, offers, and campaigns that may be of interest to you, after obtaining your consent where consent is required.
Marketing communications may be sent by email, text message, Application notifications, or the channel you have selected.
You may unsubscribe at any time through the Application settings, the instructions included in the message, or by contacting customer service. Processing an unsubscribe request may take an operational period not exceeding three business days.
Unsubscribing from marketing will not stop necessary notifications relating to the account, Order, payment, delivery, or security.
We do not sell your data to other entities for marketing purposes, and we do not allow service providers to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
We may use service providers to measure campaign performance or send messages on our behalf, and their use of the data shall be limited to providing the specified Service in accordance with our instructions.
Device Permissions
The WRD Application may request permission to access your location, send notifications, access the camera and photos, or select a contact, depending on the feature you use.
The Application uses the permission only for the purpose displayed when it is requested, and you may revoke it through the device settings at any time.
Refusing location permission will not prevent you from manually entering the delivery address.
If the Application allows you to select a Gift Recipient from your contacts, we will, to the extent possible, enable you to select the required contact without copying the entire address book to the Company’s servers.
We do not send messages to contacts merely because access permission has been granted.
Your Rights Relating to Your Data
Subject to the applicable laws and the nature of the data, you may request confirmation as to whether WRD Company holds data relating to you, information about the types of data and the purposes for which it is used, and a copy of your basic data.
You may request the correction of inaccurate data, the updating of account details and addresses, or the deletion of saved addresses.
You may request the closure of your account or the deletion of data that is no longer necessary, subject to any data that must be retained to prove transactions, comply with legal or accounting obligations, or process an existing dispute.
You may withdraw optional consents, unsubscribe from marketing, and object to the use of your data for marketing personalization.
You may request the restriction of the use of certain data while a dispute concerning its accuracy or the lawfulness of its use is being verified.
You may also request human review where an automated decision has a material effect on your account or one of your transactions.
The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
How to Submit Privacy Requests

The request must include the applicant’s name, the telephone number or email address associated with the account or Order, and a clear description of the action requested.
We may request additional information to verify your identity and prevent disclosure of data to an unauthorized person, provided that the verification information does not exceed what is reasonably necessary.
We will acknowledge receipt of the request within two business days and will seek to respond within fifteen business days. This period may be extended by an additional fifteen business days if the request is complex or requires consultation with a service provider, in which case you will be informed of the reason for the extension.
A request may be refused or restricted if the identity of the applicant cannot be verified, if it concerns another person’s data, conflicts with a legal obligation or judicial order, may prejudice the rights of others, relates to an investigation into fraud or unlawful activity, or is repetitive, malicious, or manifestly unreasonable.
Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account through the Application settings, where that feature is available, or by contacting customer service.
Deleting the account will discontinue its use and result in the deletion or concealment of data that is no longer necessary.
Deleting the account will not result in the immediate deletion of data necessary to prove previous Orders and transactions, fulfill legal, accounting, and tax obligations, prevent fraud, process a complaint or dispute, or respond to an official order.
The remaining data will be deleted or anonymized once the reason for retaining it has ceased.
User Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and verification code, and for all activities carried out through your account as a result of sharing your login credentials or failing to protect them.
You must use a secure and up-to-date device, refrain from sharing the verification code, log out when using a shared device, and notify the Company immediately if you suspect that the account has been used without authorization.
WRD Company may temporarily restrict the account where this is necessary to protect it or verify unusual activity.
Minors
WRD Company does not offer account creation and payment services for independent use by persons under eighteen years of age.
The account must be created, the Order placed, and the payment made by an adult who has legal capacity.
A Gift Recipient may be a minor, in which case the data we process is limited to what is necessary to deliver the Gift to the minor’s guardian or the adult responsible for the minor.
If it becomes apparent that a minor’s data has been collected without an appropriate basis, WRD Company may delete it or restrict the account associated with it.
The guardian or legal representative may contact us to request the review, correction, or deletion of the minor’s data, and we may request evidence of their capacity.
Photographs and Proof of Delivery
WRD Company may use a verification code, electronic signature, timestamp, or a limited photograph of the Order or the location where it was placed as proof of delivery.
If a photograph is taken, it must, to the extent possible, be limited to the Gift, packaging, or the location where the Order was placed, and must not include the Gift Recipient’s face, the interior of the home, or visible personal information except where necessary and after appropriate consent has been obtained.
Proof-of-delivery photographs are not used for marketing purposes, and the Company does not publish a photograph of the User, the Gift Recipient, or the Gift on its accounts or in its advertising materials without express and separate consent.
Ratings and User-Generated Content
If the WRD Application allows a rating or review to be published, the User’s first name or an abbreviated name may appear alongside the rating in accordance with the Application settings.
Reviews must not include telephone numbers, addresses, payment data, Gift Recipient Data, or personal information relating to third parties.
WRD Company may delete or conceal any content that includes personal data or content that violates the law or the Platform policies.
The public may be able to view ratings or content that the User chooses to publish publicly. Accordingly, the confidentiality of information that the User personally publishes in a public area cannot be guaranteed.
The Company does not use photographs submitted by the User as part of a complaint or support request for advertising purposes without separate consent.
External Links and Services
The WRD Platforms may contain links or services provided by other entities, such as maps, payment gateways, social media platforms, or Merchant websites.
The appearance of a link does not mean that WRD Company controls all practices of the external entity.
Data that you enter directly with the external entity is subject to that entity’s own privacy policy, and you should review that policy before providing your data.
WRD Company shall exercise reasonable care when selecting service providers contracted by it to process data associated with its Services.
Confidentiality Within WRD Company
Access to personal data is limited to employees and contractors who need it to perform specific tasks.
Access permissions are determined according to the nature of the role, and employees and contractors are required to maintain confidentiality and not use the data for personal purposes.
An employee may not access a gift message except where necessary to prepare it or provide related support.
The duty of confidentiality continues after the end of the employment or contractual relationship, and appropriate administrative or legal action may be taken in the event of misuse of data.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
WRD Company may update or amend this Privacy Policy when the Services, features, technologies, or service providers change, or when new legal or regulatory requirements are issued.
